In other words, feel free to try on your shoes indoors on a clean floor or carpeted surface, but do not wear them outside. We cannot accept returns on items that show wear or are dirty, washed, or altered in any way.
How do I return or exchange my order?
You may start a return online HERE using your order number and email address. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items returned from the United Kingdom will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
We will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of your return or exchange. If approved, your exchange will usually be sent out within 24 hours.
