Corporate Social Responsibility and Respect

Treat others the way you would like to be treated.  That is our philosophy and that is what we expect from our partners.  We are a small company with big goals. We want others who journey with us to know they are appreciated.  We work exclusively with partners committed to providing a safe and equitable work environment for their employees.

Our Factory

Our factory in North Vietnam believes in Corporate Social Responsibility.  The factory is audited each year by Better Work, which is a collaboration between the United Nation’s International Labor Organization and the International Finance Corporation—a member of the World Bank Group. Better Work was created to “improve working conditions and respect of labor rights” for workers in the garment industry.  It was also designed to increase the competitiveness of the apparel industry.  The “vision” of Better Work is “a global garment industry that lifts millions of people out of poverty by providing decent work, empowering women, driving business competitiveness, and promoting inclusive economic growth.  The Better Work program is trusted by many top, eco-friendly brands and is involved in 1,700 factories that employ “more than 2.4 million workers in nine countries.”  Our factory follows the International Labor Organization Guidelines that are designed to promote and maintain social justice and human and labor rights.  We care about working with partners who believe in treating others fairly in every way and who share our respect for the environment.
