The OG Pineapple sneakers are made in Vietnam.

Orders will be sent within 24 hours of receipt.

We currently ship within the United States and United Kingdom.  In the future, the sneakers will be available for shipment to other countries.

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt and/or proof of purchase.

You can start a return using your order number and email address HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and without a Return Authorization (RA) number will not be accepted.  The buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Items returned from the U.K. will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
